Getting the most out of a team takes practice. Some simple offsite exercises serve to introduce the elements of emotional response, reinforcing positive behavior and opening a communications channel among team members to discuss and improve their performance in real time.
We run offsite workshops with existing teams. Workshops can be one, two or three days in length.
